Consistency Score

Measure of how reliable and stable your strategy performs (0-10 scale)

Definition

The Consistency Score is a composite metric (rated 0-10) that evaluates how reliably your betting strategy performs over time. It considers multiple factors: win rate, profit stability, drawdown management, and balance between wins and losses. A high score (8-10) indicates a steady, dependable strategy. A low score (0-4) suggests volatile, unpredictable results that may not be sustainable long-term.

Example

Strategy A: 65% win rate, steady small profits, 15% max drawdown = Score 8.5 (Excellent consistency). Strategy B: 45% win rate, erratic large wins/losses, 45% max drawdown = Score 3.2 (Poor consistency).

💡Strategy Tip

Prioritize consistency over occasional big wins. A strategy with score 7+ and modest profits will outperform a score 4 strategy with big wins in the long run, due to sustainability.
